About me

 I’m Andrii Kazmin, a second-year student from Kharkiv, Ukraine, currently pursuing my culinary education at the  Culinary Arts Institute in Varna, Bulgaria. Cooking has always been more than just a skill for me—it’s a way to connect with different cultures and people.
 

 My passion lies in Asian cuisine, where every dish is a masterpiece of history, tradition, and creativity. I love exploring the origins of recipes, uncovering the stories behind their ingredients, and experimenting with ways to bring those flavors to life in the kitchen.
 

 Looking ahead, I aspire to move to East Asia to immerse myself in its culinary traditions, learn from master chefs, and perfect the art of creating authentic, flavorful dishes. I believe that understanding the roots of a cuisine is key to innovating within it, and I’m excited to continue this journey of discovery and growth.
